- CMCecilia McnicollOct 15, 20255.0Arizona Truck Outfitters is THE PLACE TO GO if you are wanting the best service possible! Dave goes over and above to treat his customers with outstanding service. I have purchased two ARE shells with the full doors. I needed some repairs to my shell. Not only did Dave get the parts but his repair man fixed the shell and went even further and fixed the door alignment which was totally something I did to the truck in a backing accident and not a function of the ARE shell quality...mind you this ARE shell was purchased in 2013 when the truck was new and Dave and his MacIver repair team provided this high quality service 12 years later in 2025!!!! Now that is going the extra customer mile! If that isn't enough, Dave didn't charge me a dime and wouldn't let me pay him a cent even though I begged him to let me pay something!!! You can bet I am a loyal customer for life and will always refer friends to ATO. Love these guys!!!! Thank you soooooo much Dave and team. Cecilia

The rivets on the forward hinges had sheared off and left me without a working cover. Made a list of Tucson sellers of caps and tonneau's and started out. When I reached ATO I was totally amazed, not only with their breath of knowledge on different brands and types of cover for replacement but their absolute honesty. When I explained why I was having to replace the tonneau they were quick to say "we can repair that for you". I was quite taken back, and then told I would not be charged for the repair! WHAT, say that again. He did. I came back and it was fixed in 30 minutes with stronger rivets than stock. I would highly recommend ATO for any of your truck upgrades and repairs.
