    I have rented from this location, many times and have no reason to go anywhere else. They’re always super friendly, super helpful easy to get a hold of and have great newer vehicles.

    Was a little worried about the short bus ride but after a 90-minute wait at the Budget counter and terrible customer service at the airport counter, opted for Alamo, flawless multiple rentals 5-6 times a year for three+ years. And car return at the airport makes it an easy choice!!

    Got a ride from airport to Alamo building in their shuttle bus. Upon our Arrival our car was not available, so we had to pick a different one. Staff was accommodating and explained everything in detail. Some of the staff were arguing between each other about what was right or wrong in front of the employees which doesn't make it feel professional. Our vehicle is a typical "Truck" with lots of dings, dents and broken pieces. Worked fine for us, but like previously stated it's hard to get the professional vibe when these smaller details are missed. Makes it hard to go through them next time knowing this experience wasn't top notch. Maybe stick with one of the companies at the Airport center to avoid any of these issues.

    I think it’s the only big rental company that is off site of the airport. Which isn’t that big of a deal since they have a shuttle that only takes 3 minutes. The problem is they are understaffed, or at least they were when we were there. Too long of line and not enough people to process them in a reasonable amount of time.
