    The girl behind the counter had no idea what she is doing. There was no car for us even though our plane was several hours late. After standing in line for twenty minutes when it was finally our turn the lady had to keep going behind the door to confirm things she should have known.

    Wrongfully billed It’s ironic that Sixt would actually ask me to write them a positive review w all the problems we had w them. We rented a Toyota Camary from them in Tucson Arizona from September 30 - October 11. The car was good, some issue w the cruise control not working and no Sirius radio but we managed. We dropped the car off at 9:15am in the rental return area as instructed via email and dropped the keys off in their orange Sixt drop box and proceeded to catch our flight. Imagine my surprise when we landed in Houston and had an email asking us if we’d extended our rental. I immediately called Sixt and told them we had already dropped off the car etc. She said no problem I’ll fix that. Imagine my surprise when we got another email on Sunday asking us if we’d extended our rental. I immediately called Sixt and again explained that we had already dropped the car off the day before at 9:15am. This representative said no problem I’ll fix it. Imagine my surprise when on Monday we received an email for an estimated bill for an additional 2 rental days for $164. I immediately called Sixt and the representative said there is nothing he could do about it til the bill was finalized. The bill was finalized on October 17th where they tried to charge me $71.51 for additional taxes !! I immediately called Sixt and spoke w another representative who told me no problem I’ll fix it. That evening we received an email and a voicemail apologizing and offering us a $90 voucher for future car rental and assured us all was taken care of. Imagine my surprise when the next day we received another bill for the $71.51 which was taken out of our credit card account then. I immediately called our bank and explained the situation to them and they cancelled the charge. The down side is that I had to have a new credit card sent. I thought the issue was resolved and then we get an email asking us to share our feedback, so here we are. I did call back and spoke w a representative and told her we had cancelled the payment on our credit card. She offered us an additional $60 rental voucher for a total of $150 to rent from Sixt. Which we never got. Trust me there is no way I will rent from Sixt again !!! It’s been a real headache for over a week trying to deal w this issue.

    I have to admit. This car company went above and beyond. It was my first time using and thought I would try it out. I normally choose the bigger companies as I’m used to them. Let me just say the customer service, quality of vehicle and price was amazing here. They were very professional and persona able. They didn’t treat me like a number and made it a great. Experience. I will definitely use them again and hopefully it stays the same. Cuz customer service is top notch. Especially here at the Tucson airport
