To my shock, the tires were nearly bald and never properly inspected, which is completely unacceptable for a multi-state trip. I only became aware of the issue once I reached Houston, where the team immediately swapped the vehicle for safety. On top of that, the vehicles at the Tucson location were noticeably very banged up overall, which already raised red flags from the start. What makes this even more disappointing is that I continue choosing Sixt because of the consistently high standards, professionalism, and care I receive in Houston. The Houston team handled everything flawlessly and is exactly how Sixt should operate. Unfortunately, Tucson fell far below that standard. I truly hope Tucson takes notes from Houston and cleans up their operation—because this experience was a major letdown for a company that’s supposed to represent a higher level of quality.
