- BVben valisMar 25, 20265.0The messed up pavement of the Tucson roads finally did a number on my car and I needed CV joints and an axle. My car has a special axle with an intermediate shaft so it was a kind of complicated repair and the charge was $1500 USD. I brought the car here and they were a nice and professional and gave me an estimate and the work was completed on time. However, about two weeks after the repair I started to hear a noise from the front end again and after spending $1500 USD on the repair I decided to go back to the shop. They said there was some play in the parts they installed so they offered to put on OEM parts instead. There was considerable labor involved in redoing the repair, but they didn’t charge me. All they charge me was the price difference from the parts which they first installed to the OEM parts which went on the second time. It has been almost 3 months and the car is driving great with no noise from the front end with the OEM parts. To me the measure of a good mechanic shop is when things start to go sideways. They treat the customer right they understand that you’re not gonna want to spend $1500 USD to completely redo the repair two weeks after it was originally done — so I was very impressed with how they handled a little bit complicated situation and I would recommend them to anyone.

There is a couple other shops offering other services on the same property its a really good setup. The body shop helped me with my rear doors not opening and he explain and showed me what he did. Well worth the trip to this establishment.
