  I have had nothing but good experience at this location I went in to buy a head lights and get help changing them out when the customer ahead was being special and I mean not very nice but the gentle man attending him had patience I have to say koodos to them they still assist him besides the rude treatment they received I must say thank you for not letting rude people ruin your positive energy

  This store, #2750, should train its new employees better. Even more important, it should hire applicants who, when they don't know how to do something properly, will happily admit that and ask for help. That's the best way to get better faster. I appreciate that AutoZone will charge my battery, and that when I picked it up, they offered to cart it out to my car. I am not a fan of the employee who gave me a claim ticket (at 4:39pm on 4/8/26) but didn't put the corresponding tag on my battery, so when I went to pick it up, the only way to identify it was "Duralast Gold." Thankfully, at the time, there was only one battery at the charging station meeting that description. And this battery does have a sticker from the month before I bought it, so it's *probably* mine. But if it weren't my battery? What recourse would I have? If I ever need to use this battery's warranty and AutoZone tells me "this isn't even the battery we sold you," I will have no recourse. Also, I was not given a slip showing the remaining capacity, which I thought was part of AutoZone's process. At least, I have been given that when my battery was charged previously.

  I entered with my scooter because my car has a flat tire. I went inside to get a pump to inflate it and left my scooter (turned off) by the door. The lady kicked me out, saying I couldn't have my scooter by the door. They're always rude.
