  Great experience! Needed a battery, and didn't know I also needed battery terminal connectors (broke right off!). Matthew was awesome and helped me pick a battery, recommended parts to prolong the life of the battery and terminals, and even installed the battery and terminal connector! Yeah, they rock here! Thanks much!

  Staff was rude. Hispanic cashier made me wait 10 minutes before he served me while a customer that had a question searched the store and he waited for them to come back to the register. Could have served me while that customer was roaming and would have had two happy customers. He also got irritated at me when I asked why he couldn't just scan the barcode that they say to have scanned when you pick up the order. Hmmmmm seems like there's a reason for that as in it speeds things up. The AutoZone on 1st has much much better the AutoZone on 1st has much much better staff who aren't rude and seem to be more efficient at their jobs.

  I had the best experience at auto zone on Prince rd. I was having many issues going on with my vehicle. The associate Matthew who helped me went above and beyond. He added powersteering and coolant to my vehicle, while teaching me at the same time. He was a complete savior for my daughter and I during such a stressful time. I'll definitely be back. I couldn't be more thankful
