  Chris was very very helpful with me today!! Very kind, professional, very very helpful. He was very understanding. I needed to windshield wiper blade and he put it on for me. Gave me insight on what fuel injection cleaner to use also. Thank you for great service! I give Chris 100%.

  My cousin and I had to stop in late on Easter to get a new car battery. Timothy helped us right away and was an absolute joy to work with. He tested the old battery to make sure that it needed to be replaced and suggested the best option for my vehicle for the new battery. He answered all of our questions and provided exemplory customer service. We will definately be back and would recommend this place to others. Thank you, Autozone and thank you, Timothy for making the process so painless and quick.

  Went to get my break light on my passenger side abd my back up light on my driver's side changed and left with none of of lights working on my driver's side! The employees do not know what they are doing !!! And the manager is right behind them. We have been going to aut zone for over 30yrs and never had a problem with them, but today they messed up my car and won't take responsibility for what they did, and fix it. Said they would send me to a shop to fix it and then took it back after we spoke to the regional manager Jorge. Sorry business practice!!!! I expected more from them. (Keep in mind only the back up light was the only one not working) now my signal light doesn't work on the driver's side! They lost a customer for sure! And the more I think about it, I believe it was a Black thing!! Yea for sure.....
