AVOID THIS LOCATION
The staff here weren't helpful or considerate, and also didn't seem knowledgeable.
I had seen a somewhat recent review about a bad experience here concerning the battery recharge service. I had originally meant to go to a different location specifically for that reason, but I went to this location by accident. Sure enough, when I went here to get my battery charged and then tested, I had multiple issues with how I was treated by staff.
I told them I wanted it charged, tested, and the test results (I keep records on diagnostics). He said to come back in 1.5 hrs for the charging and then he could test it and show me the results, which made sense. But then I asked if he needed my information for contacting me when it was done charging since battery charging can take any RANGE of time depending on multiple factors (what kind or specs of battery, charge that it is currently at), and he didn't ask what charge it was already at when I gave it to him. He just said "No, just come back in an hour and a half." I felt rushed out the door and not really listened to, but I shrugged it off.
I came back in 1.5 hrs and I'm not even sure if that guy was on shift anymore, and I was helped by someone else this time (in hindsight I wonder if he had rushed me out so fast so that I could just be some other employee's problem). This other guy didn't seem very engaged with me either. He put the battery on the counter and I asked him if he charged and tested it.
He had not tested it. I could SEE the paper put on it that said it had been put to charge and the part about the test for if it was a bad battery or not was blank. He told me it "didn't charge all the way" and that the battery was bad. And THEN he actually tested it. Which makes NO SENSE to run the test on a battery that "isn't fully charged" since I have no reason to believe it is actually a bad battery. Because again, there was NO indication that ANYONE ACTUALLY CHECKED if it was a bad battery yet, since that form is BLANK!
I then asked if he would show me the test results for my record keeping and he didn't show me ANYTHING. He didn't show me the test display, he didn't tell me WHAT charge it was at despite being "not charged all the way", he didn't even SAY anything to me at first. I had to ask a SPECIFIC question about what voltage it was reading to get ANY information other than "bad battery", which he STILL didn't show me and only TOLD me (a suspiciously round number). After REQUESTING AGAIN to be shown the information on the test, he relented and printed out a piece of paper. It LITERALLY reads "battery not charged enough to test accurately."
THEN, he glanced at the battery and said it "might be bulging". MIGHT? First of all, it WASN'T. Second, I would expect the "expert" to tell me with confidence if they saw the battery had signs of bulging, and then SHOW me where so I can look for those signs in future batteries too. Not this guy. He said it like he was making it up, which he WAS, because it wasn't bulging at all. I immediately went home to double check that it was indeed NOT BULGING ANYWHERE.
I felt like I was being scammed into buying a battery like that other reviewer. And like the other reviewer, I knew at that point not to trust him and had not bought one.
The battery may have been bad, but that is because of its AGE. There was no corrosion or bulging or anything like that. Because I was completely LIED to, I then had to bring it to ANOTHER place that would actually help me and share information with me that I could trust.
Now I'm spending MORE of my time writing this review so that I hopefully save others their time. They shouldn't need to go through the same hassle I did. This whole thing ended up taking me ALL DAY to deal with, when it could have been over very quickly if they had just told me it wasn't holding charge FROM THE VERY BEGINNING!

Can see a change in this store. The female, not lady that works there isn't nice. They talked about customers while customers are in there. Someone said she should smile but she doesn't feel thats a thing she should do. Not really up to helping customers. I rather go to a distant store than to see our deal with lazy mean people.
