  Got my CVT Transmission fluid changed and examined. My first time going here staff was completely awesome. They called before they did any work and let me know the shape of the Transmission and the cost of the total work being done. Everything went smooth. Dropped it off in the morning and it was done by the afternoon. Jeep is running smooth and shifting smooth very happy with Allstar Transmission.

  Took truck in as was leaking tranny fluid. They found the problem quickly & had it fixed quickly too.

  I took my vehicle to get the oil change on my transmission just for maintenance I never had any issues with it in 9 years that I've owned it. After I dropped it off I get a call asking me if I had any issues with my transmission because when they took it for a test drive the vehicle wouldn't move that they had to turn it off then turn it on and then it worked. That was right after I dropped so I thought that's weird it's never done that before why would it do it when I took it in for maintenance . Then they canceled me to tell me that it needs to have the transmission rebuilt for more than 6k so I said no . They said that said that they didn't recommend doing the oil change because it could affect the transmission so they were going to put everything back together witch they should of said at the time I dropped off my vehicle. They still charged me almost same amount as if they would of done the oil change. I felt that they wanted to up sell me the transmission rebuilt even though my transmission was working fine even when I picked it back up. They should of been upfront with me and told me that they didn't want to do just the oil change and I would of taken it somewhere else. I was really disappointed with there service.
