  I love quick quack car wash! Staff is always super nice! It doesn’t always get my car all the way clean but other than that the overall vibe is great!

  I visited the Quick Quack Car Wash on 99th Ave in Tolleson. We were in the area and decided to stop for a car wash. My husband told the employee that we only wanted to purchase a single wash. She immediately began explaining a promotion they had My husband politely told her we were not interested and that we only wanted the single wash. Despite this, she continued to pressure us and repeatedly asked why we didn’t want the promotion I explained that we had previously had the membership but chose not to renew it, and that we only wanted a single wash. She continued talking and would not allow us to proceed with purchasing the single wash. At that point, I asked to speak with her supervisor. She informed me that she was the supervisor. I then let her know that we would be leaving and would not be purchasing a car wash. I also told her I would be contacting management because customers should not be pressured after clearly stating they are not interested. As a supervisor myself, I know that this is not the appropriate way to treat customers. This experience was very frustrating, and I hope this feedback helps improve customer service at this location

  Always friendly staff, willing to help with account issues and such. The occasional service upgrade if you have an issue is nice. If you like a soapy wash, get the Ceramic Duck wash. If my memory is working right, the Lucky Duck is a lot less soapy. Vacuums work well, compressed air is a bit on the week side but it's nice to have anyway. Towels are hit and miss- sometimes there's a lot of towels, sometimes you have to get them from other stations. Otherwise, I like it enough I have a monthly plan

  Had a great wash today! Cleaniest I’ve seen the inside of the tunnel for long time! Staff was fast, the vacuum area had towels! 👍

  This is the closest car wash to my home and that’s why I go here but after today I’ll probably stop. I’ve been a member for a while and I’ve noticed occasionally scratching on my truck each time I run through this car wash and then there’s today….So after the wash I’m drying off/wiping down my car with “clean cloths” and I see very noticeable smudging all over my truck (zoom in on the front of my truck). I brought this to the attention of the staff and their solution for my inconvenience involved asking me to run it through again and giving me a free air freshener, the kind that barely lasts a couple of days (Cherry Christmas Tree). I then had to dry off/wipe down my truck all over again. I’m having serious doubts about continuing my membership after today.
