- RDRoy Davila2 days ago2.0Decent car wash but customer service is questionable. Tried to go in today and the car wash was closed off while I did see a car going in through with staff.. could had been an event not sure. Would had been nice if there was signs detailing how long the closure would be… so I ended up calling and of course the telephonic system takes like 5 minutes to find out how to talk to a person. I ended up optioning for a callback and the system said it could be up to 3 hours for a callback… wow. Thankfully the callback was fairly quick. The call center agent didn’t know what was going on and ended up emailing the manager, to which I asked, “Can I be emailed when we know when it’s back open” and she said NOPE! Just call back? Wow. Really shooting for the bare minimum here.

The membership line is where they should be to sign up for a membership but anyway now I’m two cars behind still waiting for this woman to sign up for membership as he keeps talking and talking and talking like really It’s supposed to be an express car wash. Where is the express?? Is somebody can I go? He been here doing this for a long time. Thank you.
