Worst customer service. When purchasing a "duralast gold battery". It comes with 3yrs warranty. Autozone makes it so difficult to get an exchange. It hurts they're pockets. To fallow threw the warranty. Careful when purchasing anything with autozone. Won't place your purchase under your vehicle name model and year. Threw the system "computer". They go by the system. After almost 20yrs with autozone. Im very disappointed. Last time I'll ever show my face in autozone. Keep the 220. Seems like you need it more then I do.

My car battery died tonight. I was able to get my car jump-started. After calling one AutoAone, they didn't have a battery tester. Then I called the one on 99th Avenue & Lower Buckeye & they said they could help. When I got there, I was helped pretty quickly. The technicians were professional & polite. I am grateful for their help.
