  Went to get a new Battery for my car my husband had a guy Rafeal he was so helpful more than any other auto zone out here in Arizona he was great they should employ more people like him

  Quite literally the best customer service I have ever experienced. TYLER 10/10 worker, he came out to my car and installed my headlight within like 10 minutes! I am so very appreciative and I will be back to this location the next time. THANK YOU!!!🫶🏽🚗

  Fransisco was such a great help this morning with my battery. My battery’s warranty expired a few days ago and he still honored the warranty, it was such a blessing. He was so nice and very accommodating. Thank you Fransisco!!

  So I called this place to see if they have a part because they tend to show online it does but when you go they dont have it and you gotta make another drive. Anyways I called and a female voice put me on hold. Time was flying so I pulled up to the store. Just to find out it was empty. No one in line. No one checking out. See 3 employees standing behind the cash registers on their phone. And then I showed one of them that I was on the phone with them for almost 20 min. and he apologize. Afterwards purchasing what I needed. His coworker starts snickering and laughing as well as the one that was helping me. Managers need to step it up or Corporate needs to step in. Cant be treating customers like shit.
