- 6G69 GApr 20, 20261.0I had a rental from Enterprise in Safford for 4 weeks, paid by my insurance, then 4 more days out of my pocket. Their Employee Donna withheld my 50 dollar deposit, because she ran my debit card several times even after I told her I’ll pay the rental when I get it back, which I did. No reason to steal my 50 bucks. My friends rent a lot of cars from them, and I will do everything that they won’t do that in the future. It’s a shame that this Miss Donna ruins the friendly impression that their other employees working really hard for. Enterprise- never again from Safford.

- HMhilary martinezFeb 11, 20261.0Extremely unprofessional will call you the day before you pick up the car and say they dont have a car for you then switch their story and say its because YOU didn't confirm or pay before hand even tho you offered when you went in person over a week ago. That front desk girl dont got any idea what she's doing she needs to flip burgers instead of handing reservations, clearly computers or taking payments may be too complex for her.
