  Extremely unprofessional will call you the day before you pick up the car and say they dont have a car for you then switch their story and say its because YOU didn't confirm or pay before hand even tho you offered when you went in person over a week ago. That front desk girl dont got any idea what she's doing she needs to flip burgers instead of handing reservations, clearly computers or taking payments may be too complex for her.

  I rented a vehicle to go out of town for after care for a surgery was supposed to b a basic follow up but had a infection from healing and i was late returning the vehicle the staff were very understanding and helpful to accommodate and extend my reservation they are awesome at freedom ford in thatcher az

  Reserved a truck online. Said it was available online and got a confirmation. They called first thing in the morning on the day of pick up and they said they are over booked for two days and have zero cars available. I asked what I should do without a vehicle at all, and they said I would be placed on a wait list. They can't do anything. That doesn't help when I needed a vehicle today. I asked if I could get anything today and then swap it out for another car in a larger city and they said no, it is a corporate issue and they have no control over how many cars are booked online. Well...I called corporate directly after this issue and they were able to actually help. What a frustrating way to start my trip. Guess I won't be using this location again.
