- BBBAug 20, 20251.0Booked a vehicle with enterprise..was approved and confirmed not 2 hours before I was supposed to pick up the confirmed rental I was canceled after already confirmed and arranged the representative at freedom Ford was rude unprofessional and stated there's nothing to discuss when I asked the details and reasons..was told a major credit card to hold the deposit was the issue..but does that make any sense im giving cash deposit on a major bank debit card from chase bank that's paid right now mot on a credit basis they mislead and go outside of enterprises own policies to apply their own they offer a promotion on website that misleads and when they cancel a confirmed reservation it's factually lying to get a customer to upgrade there reservation or services a couple hours before the reservation pick up a bait and switch without any warning but the rudeness and condescending attitude is the most unprofessional and inhuman aspect of this they do not care or can't relate to anything beyond their own opinion or feelings don't use this service at freedom Ford they are the most rude and don't respect anything as far as the customer and provider concept and when u have a complaint they hang up and give no recourse..only a your screwed Goodluck
