The team worked hard to get everyone taken care of while being diligent and helpful with my Vehicle. In particular team member Chandler was a pleasure to speak with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with my truck. I am looking forward to my next seamless oil change with this jiffy lube team!
- MCMarcus CarrMar 31, 20265.0I don't think I've ever had a "bad" oil change, but this review isn't about that. This review is about my interaction with one of the employees there named Chandler. Sometimes we take little things for granted and in customer service (especially for a short 15 minute service) these things can be overlooked but this was my absolute best experience ever with any garage, oil change or mechanic. Just for Chandler simply being a really nice guy, he didn't have to go out of his way for this either as it seems like its just his natural personality. If you read this Chandler I hope you know that you made my day man. I appreciate you buddy, you're amazing and I want to thank you. You might be asking yourself why, but you never know how just a few kind words can affect someone and I just want you to know that I appreciate you. I'm for sure a customer for life now. Take care G, i'll see you in 3000 miles. JIFFY LUBE GIVE HIM A RAISE!
