- CLCasey Lee1 day ago1.0I've been renting through Enterprise a long time, and I've never had problems until now. Ray was great at pickup. The other guy there is incompetent and unprofessional. He misled me about rates and didn't give me a copy of the contract when I extended only to charge me double what he explained he would charge me. Avoid this location at all costs. Also, there was something wrong with the vehicle they rented to me where the parking brake kept coming on. I have rented the same vehicle many times, and the other ones didn't do this. When I turned the vehicle in at a different location no one seemed concerned. Maybe Enterprise has just gone downhill as a whole.

The staff was friendly and apologized for the wait. I didn't think about it being spring break and spring training, so most of AZ was low on rental cars.
