Dear Satellite Auto Glass Management Team,
I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received for my 2019 Escalade, as repeated attempts to resolve the issue at the branch level have been unsuccessful. Despite numerous calls to the branch, managers Mike and Tyrone who never returned my messages, and your customer service line simply redirected me back to them without providing any assistance. Appointments for mobile repairs were scheduled multiple times, but no one ever arrived or even called to explain, leaving my vehicle unavailable and wasting my time.
To compound the frustration, although your team agreed to waive the $100 deductible due to their own delays and errors, your collections department continued to contact me repeatedly for payment over the course of a month and a half and then just hit my credit ard for the charge. Additionally, your technicians initially blamed the ongoing issues on my vehicle's hardware, insisting that I take it to the dealership for inspection—which proved to be entirely unnecessary and added further expense and inconvenience.
Only yesterday was the problem finally resolved when an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) window was installed, allowing the hardware on my Escalade to function correctly. This prolonged ordeal, marked by poor communication, lack of follow-through, and unwarranted blame-shifting, has been highly unprofessional and disruptive.
I request that this matter be immediately escalated to your district manager for review.

They conveniently came to my work. The technician let me know in the morning what time he would be showing up then he called again when he was on the way. I also know Safelite techs go through rigorous training so the windshield was installed correctly.

I had an appointment with this location yesterday. They were supposed to come for a mobile visit between 7:00AM-11:00AM. I waited all morning for them and they never showed up. This location also doesn’t have actual representatives to speak with. So when you call you get the run around from the automated system and then it automatically hangs up. The customer service number now doesn’t have any services registered with my number now. Extremely frustrating and overall just a poor customer experience.

Brand new vehicle. Took a rock 3 days after I drove it off the lot. Safelite did an excellent job installing the new windshield. Keep in mind the technician was there during an epic rain storm in Tempe AZ. He hung in there and completed it despite the conditions. Very professional and great communication.

Extremely disappointed with this Safelite location. It’s been over three weeks and I’m still waiting for a simple passenger window replacement. Here’s what’s happened so far:
1. First visit: They mislogged my claim as a windshield instead of the passenger window. Before I left, we confirmed the level of tint, and they assured me the replacement window would be tinted before installation. Due to their mistake, they offered to come to my house for the repair, which I appreciated at the time.
2. Second visit: The technician never arrived. He called to say they can’t service Teslas at home and that the glass they received wasn’t tinted as promised. He said he would call me back to reschedule but never did, I had to follow up hours later myself.
3. Third visit: I went into the shop only to be told the window they ordered didn’t fit and they would need to order another one.
4. Fourth attempt (current): I’m now waiting to hear back from this location to confirm when the correct window will arrive and whether they can actually complete the repair at my home, something they’ve already said twice but failed to deliver on.
I’ve used Safelite before with no issues, but this location has been a frustrating experience marked by repeated rescheduling, misinformation, and poor communication.
