- RSRyan StroupNov 1, 20251.0Went to Cactus and 2800 this morning for my usual .. upon taking a bite of my burrito,I noticed it was mis labeled. I went to to tell the lady, she offered a refund or exchange. So I said well they cost different so I don't know this works. She gets the manager, who then proceeds to whip together a brisket burrito in about 15 seconds and tossed it on the counter for me and says here you go. I take it and consider the attitude a good way to start my day. First bite of the burrito I noticed the thing is cold. I go back in and tell her it's cold and the manager gives me attitude and questions me and then proceeds to take it apart and try to tell me it's hot. I ask for a refund and she gives me an eye roll and gives me a refund, and crumbles the burrito like a piece of trash and throws it away aggressively....... I'm never coming back. I just wanted a normal breakfast. Upon leaving I noticed they were still not fixing the mis labeled food so I tell them HEY THOSE ARE STILL MISLABEL BY THE WAY and they couldn't care less. Terrible service.

I had just made a purchase and was in my parking spot (no signage saying company vehicle parki g only) and an employee came up to my vehicle and told me I need to move my vehicle because they need to park the QT vehicle in that spot. That is the spot they always use. Mind you there were several spot available. I normally spot at QT every morning on the way to work and most days for a second time. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Has this is a home state company. Well QT. We customers have convenient store options and I will be making the change today.
