Our menu includes fresh Pizza by the Slice and X-Large and Personal Pizza, Soft Pretzels, sub sandwiches and wraps, grilled cheese and toasted croissants, breakfast pizza, and other delicious breakfast items. We also offer soft-serve vanilla cones and QuikShakes. QuikTrip’s famous fountain is always guaranteed to quench your thirst, with more than 30 flavors of soda and tea, not to mention our frozen drinks like Freezoni® and Smoothies! And don’t forget our wide selection of Grab & Go items, including all beef hot dogs and taquitos, breakfast sandwiches, subs, salads, wraps, and donuts. We also carry a huge variety of chips, candy and other snacks. The coolers keep our bottled drinks – water, juice, soda, energy drinks, beer, and more - at a delightfully refreshing temp. Other amenities include an inside ATM, bathrooms cleaned every half hour, bagged ice, lottery and scratcher tickets, and tobacco. My wife was buying a bottle of water, she was not feeling good. At the cash register, the bottle indicated a higher price than the price displayed at the refrigerator, this has happened to me before,by the way. While asking the cashier in a polite way,my wife asked simply, why?. Jacob,the manager showed up as a coincidence and started reprimanding my wife and told her that even if the price at the refrigerator said $ 1.00 dollars, it always is a mistake and provoked my wife, trying to start a big deal argument over some water. Do you think I am selling the water for what amount? The price tag broke and what you saw in the fridge is not valid, pay what it is or leave the water.This episode of unprofessionalism is incredible to me, this insipid,idiotic manager, deserves to be fired.He is supposed to set the example for all those young folks that are learning the business. We are everyday customers at QT for drinks,snacks and fuel. This event has really,really has upset me and there is a gloomy feeling when thinking about this store. I assure everyone that if it had been me or another man, this Jacob wouldn't have acted like that, a coward, having a bad day, decided to bring his repugnant and disgraced attitude and take it on my wife.I will take this to the district manager, all the social media and I will start a formal complaint with the Corporate office.
