- KRKristal Risher6 days ago1.0I love QT, but this location has gone so far down hill. Qt is always clean, and stocked. With friendly people working there, but this location just plain sucks now. Broken ice machine, half the time the drink machine isn't working, the coolers are only half stocked. And the bathroom looks horrible. You would think that because it is directly next to the corporate office that it would be the best store, but sadly not anymore. Also I think it's funny that the "owner" only responds to the good reviews. Here's a chance to learn and make your store better.

Also, just a side note, it's right next door to their corporate phoenix office!! Good think they would have this one be 5 stars no matter what. Shame on the company, wonder if the real corporate knows about this?
- SHSteve HJun 28, 20253.0Freezoni FAIL. QT wins on almost every area. Clean, well stocked, tons of food and drink choices. Not sure why QT allows 7-11 and Circle K to dominate the frozen drink market. The Slurpees and Frosters are always ready to go at the competition. When you get to QT, they seem to ignore the Freezoni machines. In the rare case the the Freezoni machines are actually running, the product will often dispense in a very liquid form. 7-11 and Circle K product fill the cup that the perfect consistency for cooling down in the summer. But how much can this really matter in the summer in Phoenix anyway? Maybe QT could try to outsource the Freezoni to ICEE in order to keep up with 7-11's Slurpee or the Froster at Circle K.
- RBrob baseJun 28, 20233.0Starting about three weeks ago, suddenly all the qt bathrooms smell like meth. There hasn't been a time I've gone in one and not smelled meth since (I end up at quiktrip almost everyday, sometimes several times a day). I visit them all over the valley. After this last visit, my shirt smells like meth. I really appreciate the service they provide but this is really hard to ignore. Not sure what the solution is but they need to do something to prevent it from happening, all the customers are breathing in second-hand meth smoke. Update: I've since figured out that even just washing my hands and not using paper towels, and using my shirt to open the door, still results in my hands smelling like meth. I guess that smoke really gets everywhere.
