- SSSharon SalisburyAug 10, 20255.0Today at 110° my tire deflated as I was on the 60w. I was able to get the car to this QT on southern and priest as it became totally flat. I was intending to see if someone could assist me, when Lorenzo offered from behind the counter. It was so hot out and he just offered! When we found out my jack was bent and wouldn’t hold the car, he used his own equipment from his vehicle to help me. I can’t thank him enough and he was so nice about everything- you should be very proud of him as an employee - he went above and beyond the call of duty. So if you see his grubby uniform today you’ll know it’s because he did a great deed helping me out. Lorenzo was a lifesaver for this 59yr old that could change a tire, but not with a bent jack - and it was so hot! Thanks Lorenzo!
