Shop was available as advertised. The shop did not hponor Intoxalock offer to pay for a portion of install cost. I had y=to pay full price, $300.00 Other than that an OK service. After the above review, Patricia with Intoxalock called and credited me with difference and took care of other outstanding items. Outstanding solution. She needs a raise.

I recently had to recalibrate my Intoxalock device and went to the Tempe, AZ calibration location. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch: 1. Friendly, Professional Staff The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the team. They listened attentively to my situation and clearly walked me through the calibration process. 2. Efficient and Clear Process The calibration itself was quick and well explained. Staff explained each step—what they were doing, why it was necessary, and how often I should return for future recalibrations. They answered all my questions thoroughly, which made me feel informed and confident. 3. Clean and Comfortable Facility The waiting area was tidy and welcoming. They had chairs, water, and reading material available—which helped as I waited briefly for my turn. 4. Fair Pricing and Transparent Billing I appreciated how upfront they were about pricing. There were no surprises or extra fees—just a clear, reasonable charge for the service. 5. Thorough Final Check Before I left, they ran a final test and walked me through the verification results. I felt completely confident that my device was recalibrated and good to go. 6. Easy to Schedule Booking the appointment by phone was seamless—quick, friendly, and with no hassle. They even sent a reminder call the day before. ⸻ Final Thoughts: If you need calibrations, maintenance, or service on your Intoxalock device in the Tempe area, this location is absolutely worth choosing. Professional, courteous, and efficient—you’ll leave feeling confident that your device is in great working order. Highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions About Intoxalock Ignition Interlock

How does an interlock device work?

An ignition interlock device (IID) is a small breathalyzer installed in your vehicle to prevent it from starting if alcohol is detected on your breath. Before driving, you'll blow into the device. If your breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) is below the programmed limit, the car starts. Periodic retests occur during your trip to ensure continued compliance.
