The tech is amazing but the management is horrible, after another issue I encountered that I wasn’t warned about, I immediately reached out to find a way to get it fixed as soon as possible to get to work, first they fully stopped responding to me, then apologized and offered to make it up to me, which I appreciated. I scheduled an appointment for the following day, which they missed and asked to schedule an appointment for the next day at 1. I left work early to make sure I’d be home for the appointment because it was the last day before I wasn’t going to be able to drive to work, 1 passed and they said they would make it to me 5-6. I texted at 5:30, then I texted after 6, and all of my messages were opened but not responded to. I have no intention of being rude, I just have to be honest and say I wish I had gone with a different option so I didn’t lose the ability to drive to work tomorrow morning.
