Came to them hoping for insight of what is wrong with my front axle/wheel/CV joint/front brakes/wobbly front. Paid for a discounted alignment (unable to properly align car, 25% off.) Pictured receipt shows issues resulting in inability to properly align but other problems not listed. This issue that has gotten much worse, except that the front brakes are good (most definitely not true, they've been squeaking/uneven braking patterns for months and every place have told me their fine. They just don't want to deal with them because they're drum brakes, requires taking off the wheel to look at.) With all of my experiences it's very difficult for me to trust anyone in this industry, so I have not gotten it "professionally" looked at for the 5th time, but you'd stare if I drove by you... The plethora of sounds is... Unique.... I guess I'll just wait and see what happens 🤷 But honestly with all my experiences it feels like personal discrimination. So feel free to try them! The problem is not humanity it's me apparently 🙂

We had to have our car towed here after the transmission was acting up. They were very honest with us after diagnosing the car and we found that both the transmission and the AC were out which basically made it not worth it to repair the car compared to the price of the car. I’m very grateful that they were honest with us and didn’t have us throw money into a car that wasn’t worth it. They also were helpful with our options as to what to do with the car in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions About Interstate Auto Repair

How often do I really need to have my oil changed?

We recommend having your oil changed every 5,000 miles.

Why do you have to change your motor oil on a regular basis?

You need to change your motor oil regularly because, over time, it breaks down and accumulates dirt and debris from the engine, losing its ability to effectively lubricate and protect moving parts, which can lead to engine wear and damage if not replaced; essentially, regular oil changes help maintain optimal engine performance, longevity, and fuel efficiency by keeping the engine clean and properly lubricated.
