  Absolutely amazing experience. I’ve rented from several agencies for both business and personal travel, and this was by far the easiest and fastest process I’ve ever had. The team in Tempe (Broadway & Priest) was consistently upbeat, positive, and responsive. Every time I called, they answered all of my questions thoroughly and accommodated every request without hesitation. One employee in particular, Justin, truly stood out. While the entire team was terrific, Justin remembered who I was throughout a six-week rental period and never once made me feel like just another customer. That level of personal service is rare and greatly appreciated. I will exclusively rent from Enterprise going forward for both business and personal use. The Tempe team off Broadway and Priest was absolutely top-notch from beginning to end. Highly recommend

  Absolutely worst enterprise location possible, was supposed to a have a vehicle set up for Monday February the 16th, when I went in the lady said she didn’t have anything available and tried calling on the 11th, showed her my call log from that day she claimed to have called, no missed calls so clearly lied to me cause my reservation was set up by liberty mutual after I gave them the date on 2/13, for when I would need the rental. Liberty mutual set everything up for me so I wouldn’t have to and I confirmed that with the agent so for her to say she called me doesn’t make much sense when I made the reservation on 2/13 how could she have known to call me on 2/11, and when asking her this she gave me snarky answers, and gaslighted me into thinking I was wrong. Her attitude wasn’t appreciated when this inconvenience happened, and was not trying to work with me. Would not offer me a ride to another location EVEN THOUGH THEY PICKED ME UP AND BROUGHT ME THERE. So I had no ride. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone.

  We reserved a car late at night for an early-morning pickup because we had to leave that same morning. We specifically booked a luxury SUV to ensure enough space for our luggage. When we arrived right as the location opened, we were greeted by a customer service representative named Ana, who had actually just left us a message as we were walking in. Unfortunately, she informed us that the vehicle we reserved online was not available. While this clearly wasn’t Ana’s fault and appeared to be an issue with the company’s online booking system, we were understandably stressed since our departure time was approaching and we needed a solution quickly. Ana immediately stepped in to help. She asked if a minivan would work for us and said she would do everything she could to find one, though she couldn’t guarantee availability. We left the location to figure out a backup plan, and about 20 minutes later Ana called to let us know she had secured a minivan for us. She truly saved the day—and honestly saved the company from what would have been a very poor review due to the misleading online booking experience. Ana was proactive, kind, and solution-oriented, and she is absolutely an asset to this business. We are very grateful for her help.

  I had a good experience at the local enterprise, however, afterwards found out that they are actively supporting ICE terrorizing Minnesotan and American communities. I cannot support a corporation that doesn’t care about American citizens. Shame on you.
