This location, and Anthony specifically up front in the shop, was very up front and honest with me and didn't try to push me into things I didn't need. They took me in on a last minute appointment in the middle of the afternoon and had me on the road with all new brakes pads and shoes in under 2 hours. For context, I took my vehicle for a brake inspection to a Brakes Plus in Denver just 5 days before and that location told me my brakes were fine and would be perfectly okay for the long road trip I took. During that drive from Denver to Tempe is when my brakes started making an awful rumbling sound and a metal grinding sound on top of it. The location here in Tempe stressed the urgency that the location in Denver didn't. I had complete peace of mind for the rest of my trip in the Phoenix area as well as my drive home to Denver thanks to this location. Highly recommend.
