  last day of the month could not get a employee to warranty a part and had called another AutoZone so they could explain to them about the warranty and they still didn’t understand like a box of rocks I had went to a Guadalupe location and they warranted it in less than 10 seconds. Seems like some of the workers that work here are not trained correctly to warranty anything they’re mostly just parts. don’t ask them for any help all they know how to do is sell parts at this location.

  Exceptional service from Jadiel R! I came in with a dead battery and a broken terminal clamp not keeping it in place. It was a tough situation as the manufactured piece was not made to work with even universal replacement parts. Jadiel showed utmost professionalism and care when addressing this issue, and was able to fix the clamp and replace the battery perfectly. I am very grateful for his exemplary service and help!

  I came in cause my battery was being weird. They tested it, came out to as a “bad battery”. They checked if my warranty was still good, and nope. Had to buy another one. Got a new one and they installed it no problem. I think the whole transaction took about 20mins.

  I came in to get my battery replaced, and Jadiel got the job done! He was quick, professional, and pleasant to talk to. He answered my questions without making me feel stupid. Great experience! (Also, Jadiel, if you're reading this, I'm so sorry for probably mispronouncing your name right before leaving😭)
