    Manager wasting my time because they don't know how to process online returns was told I have to show up when commercial is there or spend 30 minutes driving to a hub store over a $10 gasket that they damaged delivering to me because someone thought it was a good idea to fold the gasket. Autozone is losing a customer of 15 years today over $10, way to take care of your customers, online reps were not helpful either, they just wanted to make a corporate complaint, what's that do for the customer? My recommendation if you have to buy at AutoZone don't ever buy from them online they will make everything 10 times more painful then it needs to be.

    I had such a great experience at AutoZone today! The technician helped me change the battery in my car key, and he was incredibly professional and efficient. I tried to do it myself for almost an hour and couldn’t get it done, but he fixed it in less than 5 minutes! They only charged me for the battery and didn’t add any extra fees for the help. That kind of service really makes a difference. Thank you, AutoZone, for making my day today! Highly recommend this location.

    Ronnie was amazing from the moment I walked in. He was by himself and already helping another customer, but as soon as he saw me, he acknowledged me and let me know he would be right with me. That small gesture made me feel seen and supported. . He took the time to look into exactly what I needed, which was a battery, and explained everything clearly. Jacob also stepped in and helped with the installation. As soon as he walked through the door, he was ready to work and ready to help. I really appreciated the teamwork between the two of them. Great customer service, professionalism, and efficiency. Thank you both for getting me back on the road!

    Went in for a code read and they handed me the reader as if everyone knows how to use those. Then he said he can't leave the 'shop'. Will the next person steal it so they quit being lazy about code reads?? Thank you!

    Manager Bobby was completely incompetent first we had to wait 15 mins for him to get out of the bathroom then when he came out he had AirPods in and was reading directions off his phone for a battery replacement and asked me how to turn on the radio he told us we had to wait 6 mins for the car to completely turn off told us he would come back out after the timer went off our timer goes off he comes out but goes to help another woman put windshield wipers on we were the first ones in the store by the way we watched the line form while we were waiting for him to come out of the bathroom so we we went back inside and saw him helping another woman at the register he told us he would meet us outside but instead the other worker came out to help. Brain (the sweetest and most helpful person) tried to put the battery in that the manager told us was the correct one turns out it was too big the manager Bobby gave us the wrong price and battery. Turns out I needed a battery that was $100 more expensive. Thank god for Brian because if it wasn’t for him it would have been the worst experience ever.Brian needs a raise Bobby needs to be fired.
