Sales Reps- Feliza and Sebastian, Manager Darren, Store manager Michale G. and District manager Yoland R. resulting in a one star review.
I bought new brake pads (under warranty) and then return the old ones for a refund. First, I was told that they dont charge for the brake pads when under warranty. I explained that Ive always had to buy new ones, even under warranty, and give them the old pads for a refund. Next, I was told there was a miscommunication that they didnt see a warranty when they sold me the brakes. So, I had to call the last autozone I bought the brakes and the customer number. Once I was done I tried to explain to Feliza/feilicia and Sebastian then I asked to speak to the manager Darren. They both smirked and snickered as they walked away. While waiting a sales rep comes in yelling if anyone saw his vape then Sebastian spent the whole time cussing and complaining. As I was waiting for the Manager Darren he ignored me. He made it obvious he didnt want to acknowledge me, walking past me then turning his back to me. Then telling Feliza/Felicia and Sebastian he was going to go next door, goodwill(?), to get a drink and walked out the store! I asked for the store manager and was told the sign on the door had the information. I tried calling store manager Michale G. and District manager Yoland R. Both numbers didnt ring but disconnected. I gave up and didnt try Regional Manager Samuel S. Im assuming they only answer M-F which is not notated on the sign. Its disappointing that there is no respect or concern for customers, even long time customers.

Worthless! Sun Devil mechanics said my battery I purchased from Autozone was bad, it was in the same parking lot! It was under warranty! Micheal, the manager of Autozone said it tested ok and would not replace it?
He said leave the vehicle here, so he could recharge again? Approximately 2 or 3 hrs. There is more to the story! I headed back to work, 10 minutes later he called. "Battery is bad". I had to turn around again and go back.
Micheal acted like he was a mechanic, and knew more? He works at Autozone? I've been to Autozone my whole life and spent thousands, never again. I'm so disappointed
Autozone will give a AI general response? No phone call or personal interaction!

Our car has broken down and we had to push it into a parking lot on Warner, I had to run down the street to make it in time before the place closed. I ran and was meet with extremely helpful and kind staff, they had saw I was exhausted and one of them have me some water. After explaining what was happening and that the rest of the people I was with were coming a couple of staff (Sebastian & Felic I believe was their names) got some tools together and gave us a ride back to the car after buying the new battery and installed it for us. The most amazing and helpful people, we are very thankful to them and everyone at AutoZone.
