  Almost always have the part I need in stock. Do your shopping on line and you will see an acurate store inventory so when you get there you know the part is there too. Ordering a part - it usually comes faster than what the staff tells me.

  Employees are very attentive and helpful when, they allowed me to search for couple items I was looking for without interfering! I appreciate being able to search since I usually find other things that I need.

  I needed some rotors and I called this AutoZone Amy answered and she was the most friendly and helpful today. I will definitely be back. I live in Phoenix but I'm willing to drive here for what I need. Such courteous and friendly service.

  Came in with a busted radiator hose that was spewing cooler everywhere and so I quickly pulled into this location. Was attended by Michael and he went out of his way to help me fix the hose and get my truck up and running. Very excellent customer service! Without Michael I would’ve been stuck 40 minutes away from home with a broken down truck.🙏🏽

  Michael Ferrazza at Autozone on McClintock just north of Elliot in Tempe is an absolute Godsend. The trunk hadn't been freely opening in a couple or a few years. I've lately been starting to get really curious how more things work, doing more repairs and taking on more projects, so I took off the lock and only thought that came was to switch out the lock. To be completely honest, I first went to O Reilly and then Walmart, assuming they'd both have what I was looking for. Nope. So I called Autozone and Michael advised me that they do in fact carry trunk locks. Great! I headed over there with the lock. I walked in and was greeted and received very kindly by Michael. I asked about the trunk locks and he confirmed he had spoken with me on the phone. Very nice touch in service to be able to speak with and then shake that person's hand in person. What ensued was nothing short of a Christmas Gift Blessing. Michael looked up the part and saw that the ones on hand are all after market. When I shared that I bungeed the trunk somewhat shut while resolving the lock, Michael's care shone through his actions. He proceeded to study the lock, figuring out why it was having so much trouble opening, and... fixing it! It literally works with the key now! He educated me that the bungee cord isn't the safest way to be driving around, and I'd honestly never gotten that thought or realization until that moment. Paraphrasing here but he said that when he heard me say that, he knew that he wanted to do something to know that he had elevated my situation into a safer one. And that he most certainly did! To me that savings of $30 something makes a difference. I shared earlier that I'm starting to take things apart to study and learn and fix them; it was such a treat to get to watch and learn from such an intelligent, patient, kind, caring, generous Soul like Michael. And, as mentioned earlier, I went to O Reilly and Walmart before thinking of Autozone. But now after this experience with Michael Ferrazza? You bet I'll be thinking of him first! Please share this review with Michael, please compound and share lots of praise with him, please bless him however you can with bonuses and whatever promotions and time off the man desires. He is a Godsend. A blessing and a half. A really special type of kindness that we need more of in this World. That is my experience. Thank you so much Michael. Thank you Sir. Thank you Brother.
