I used the air freshener for 4days to give it a chance to kick in, but it didn’t. You could smell it for 30mins. The brand name is CHEMICAL GUYS! None of CG’s air fresheners works. Don’t return your product at the AutoZone on 433 W. Broadway Rd in TEMPE, AZ. The so called Manager name DANIEL or Darryl WOULDNT give a refund because it was used. He tells me that according to the receipt that there is no refunds on used products. ACTUALLY, it states that it MAYbe denied a refunded. Which means it’s up to the store discretion. When I told him that it’s a choice he is making. His face got frozen and proceed to tell me that he will not give a refund because it’s been used. Of course I used it because I had to see if it was good quality to use. I was able to return the 1st air freshener of Chemical Guys. Cause the guy said that it would be a better chose and it will last longer. AND IT DIDNT! He felt that because I used it that it was non refundable. He offered to exchange it. I said why would I exchange something that does not clearly work! He didn’t even offer and store credit. He saw me and assume that I was trying to take advantage. NO! I AM BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF FOR A PRODUCT THAT COST $12 that has NO LASTING FRAGRANCE!

A man helped me using the store equipment and told me that my battery and starter were both good and that it was my alternator that needed to be replaced. After spending $300 on a new alternator, it didn't solve the issue so I decided to take it to a professional shop who told me that it was my battery the whole time that was bad. Not only did the AutoZone employee give me the completely wrong information using store equipment, he proceeded to give me a lecture on batteries and starting systems on cars, which led me to waste $300 on a new alternator that I didn't even need.
