- MQMiguel quintanaApr 3, 20261.0I visited this location to source a part through my commercial account, only to find the retail price offered to the general public was significantly lower than my "discounted" commercial rate. When I brought this discrepancy to the staff’s attention, there was zero effort to price match or rectify the error. I was simply told that if I didn't like the price, I could stand in the retail line and buy it as a standard customer. This defeats the entire purpose of a commercial partnership. Very disappointing service for local professionals.

I placed an order and arranged for an Uber courier to pick it up, but the driver told me the store was already closed — about 10 minutes before their listed closing time of 9 PM. To make sure, I went there myself at 8:57 PM, and the store was completely dark and empty. No staff, no explanation. Because of this, I couldn’t get the parts I urgently needed for my car and was forced to stay another night in Tempe, which cost me extra money and time. I understand things happen, but closing early without notice even after called was bad form — especially when customers are actively placing orders — is unacceptable. I usually like AutoZone, but this experience definitely changed my view.
