- MHmitchell hicks5 days ago5.0I went to Thunderbird Automotive seeking a second opinion as I did not trust the information provided to me from the AAA repair shop on Bell Rd in Surprise. I was initially introduced to Logan but then turned over to Kieth. Both gentlemen were great to deal with but Kieth was keeping me informed and answering all my concerns promptly. My vehicle was not only serviced to my satisfaction but ready for pickup as advised. I can say, without hesitation, this is the place to talke your vehicle if you want honesty, reliable work, and at a cost that is reasonable for the work performed. I have children and friends who drive and have already told them to go there. I’m glad I found them and will continue to go there for my vehicle servicing.

They flushed my system several times. When I picked up my car they showed me the color of the fluid in my cooling system. It was the color of antifreeze. The cost was one third of the quote I received from other places. They are my go to mechanics. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my car.
