She directed me on what I needed to do when asked about my windshield crack that was more inside the glass then on the outside. First for me, that is for sure. I reached out to Safelite as she stated I could and that they are a preferred vendor which was great because I have had mostly pleasant experiences with them. That call was what true customer service should go back to being and what it should still be like. LaKeisha in OH was great. She listened and shared which is something not so common these days. She provided me with an appointment on the same day and time window I needed to be home for a furniture delivery. Athan showed up with a courtesy call prior to which is appreciated. My vehicle did need to be pulled out of the garage due to space issues and completely understandable. Five minutes later, the furniture delivery team called sharing that they would be here in less than 10 minutes! I informed Athan and he happily worked with them to ensure they had sufficient access to get the furniture inside as the front porch is mostly closed off by a decorative brick wall. They were just as willing to work with him so it was an overall great experience. Athan replaced the wiper blades, explained a few things to me due to the age of my vehicle but also applies to other vehicles that have seen more than there time in the AZ sun. Everything was cleaned up and he left. Took a bit less than the time frame provided which is also nice. I did check on him from time to time to see how things were going and he had no complaints or concerns. He went over things to not do right away and all of that. If only the realtor for the home I rented could be like either of these companies instead of fighting everything, life would be great! Thank you State Farm and Safelite.

They’re gonna do on the job and still try to charge you for it. I’ve worked with many Safelite locations, but this is definitely been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor go anywhere but surprise
