  We went to Safelite to see if we could get a rock chip repaired and it was to big. So we spoke to Jay and got a great quote cash, no insurance as they always raise your rates. They were excellent. Highly recommended their services.

  Get your auto glass anywhere but Safelite! I've had nothing but mediocre or bad experiences with Safelite. Most recently I called to inquire about getting a side window repaired, not replaced. Since they operate call centers employing uneducated individuals who can only read & follow a script the fact I was inquiring about repair not replacement was lost. Again, because of call center, one can't get anywhere without giving complete vehicle and insurance information. I thought I was making an appointment to get my side window repaired. When I found out it was actually an appointment to have it replaced I promptly canceled the appointment. Long story short, Safelite levied a claim against my insurance for an appointment and service that didn't happen! I now have a glass claim against my insurance that neither Safelite or my insurance provider can "undo". My insurance did not pay the claim but they can't make it go away either. I think Safelite could but it's simply not possible to get in touch with anyone that could actually help. Go elsewhere for your auto glass needs! Safelite is a corporate nightmare where it's impossible to get help where & when you actually need it.

  From the time the technician took the keys of my car until it was returned within 25 minutes. After investigation, it was determined that an original windshield was not used. This was learned from a customer service person. At the time of returning the vehicle, the technician made no mention of the calibration of the windshield. In checking with another a Nissan Dealership, they advised that the windshield that not be replaced and calibrated in 25 minutes. Since an aftermarket windshield was used, it could not have been recalibrated, much less within the time used. The appointment confirmation stated that it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

  I have a 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ that received heavy damage and when the technician came to install my windshield, they gave him the wrong one. Unfortunately, I had to have him install it because I did not want to leave on my road trip with a cracked windshield. So basically my insurance company pay $1300 for a windshield that did not belong on my vehicle because this company is not familiar with high-end vehicles, I would think twice before calling them. The only positive was the technician was super cool unfortunately he works for a terrible company.

  I was a little skeptical at first seeing a low rating for this location but honestly, things couldn't have been better. Sadly my mind is slipping a bit that I can't remember his name but it started with a J and it was Joshua or Jacob and he was waiting for me when I got there, walked out and talked to me about what was going to happen, how long it was going to take, etc. They exceeded expectations on timing, it was done a lot sooner than they originally told me and then another tech took me out and gave me instructions on when to do things before letting me go. Couldn't have had a better experience!
