Because I said not to a new filter they had to try extra hard to get the filter back in with the dirt still on it. Just turn it over and tap the inside of the garbage can. I will go somewhere else - I was a loyal customer. Not now.

I handled it myself so I was safe but when I returned, they offered to go to Auto Zone and get the right filter and give it to me. My vehicle is 2 years old and a common vehicle. No excuses!
- JTJohn ThornquistJan 2, 20261.0Improper tire rotation! The Jiffy Lube off of North Reems road in Surprise AZ will not perform the proper tire rotation for AWD vehicles. They just move the fronts to the back without the crossover. I argued with Scott, the acting Manager, but he said that is how it is done as defined by corporate. When I showed him the crossover requirements as defined on the Jiffy Lube website, he continued to argue and said that they never crossover and that is how they do it. (End of discussion). I was pressed for time and had to pay and leave. Very disappointed and will never have my tires rotated there again.
