- ITIan Tatom2 days ago1.0I've been going to jiffy lube for a long time and they've always done good by me, but today was not so good. When my service was done and I was paying for the work, they described what all they had done to the car. All the basic stuff that is done every time, which is appreciated, and then casually at the end they note that my car has an oil leak from the engine and a transmission leak and that I should have my vehicle checked by a mechanic and that it needs immediate attention. I said thank you for the notice and drove home where I then realized how silly it was of the mechanics at jiffy lube to notice an oil leak and then proceed to add oil to the car. In my head it would make more sense to notify the customer that they have a leak and then tell them that they should go to a mechanic before adding oil, therefore costing the customer money twice. Just seems odd, and not kind to the customer.

You would think they would have everything ready so they can start taking business at 8:00. If you can’t be prompt showing up to work on time, you lost my business.

- JJJerry JonesFeb 28, 20263.0I don't know about this location, or if it's an all arizona thing, but most jiffy lubes I've been too, and it's a lot, you drive your car in and in 10 minutes you're done. Here, I was instructed to go inside and wait. Finally someone drove my car in, and 30 minutes later it was ready. Not the efficiency I've been used to.
