  My first time coming to express oil change and I can honestly say "I found a quick reliable place. David was very friendly and professional, he also offered me a bottle of water. Kevin the technician not only changed my oil but also checked all my fluids,tire pressure and showed me the oil level before I left. I would highly recommend Express oil change in Surprise Az on Litchfield rd. I will for sure be returning. Thanks to all the staff!

  Great place for oil change and tires , Kevin did a phenomenal job changing my oil making all test results crystal clear and providing a great experience just like every time I come here . Thank you to the manager for coming out offering water and making sure I was giving a 5star experience here . I’ll definitely recommend and be back for my entire household vehicle repairs.

  I used to drive all the way to the Express Oil location on 83rd for their services. They have done my transmission service, full brake job with rotors and flush, fuel injector service, and regular oil changes on my now 175,000 miles 2013 Corolla. I was happy to hear that some of the guys from the 83rd location now work at this one. They do quality work and have earned my trust.

  Thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle. I needed a straw and Charles went above and beyond , walked over to Starbucks and got me a straw. The level of care they put into making sure I was comfortable made my day. Chris is ALWAYS on point. He is VERY thorough and I appreciate the little details he explains so that us non mechanics can understand. I’ll be bringing all my vehicles back!

  This was honestly one of the most pleasant and easiest oil change experiences I’ve ever had. I made an online appointment and filled out all of my information ahead of time, but Kevin let me know they’re actually first-come, first-served, so appointments aren’t necessary. I did have to provide my information again, so the online system didn’t really speed things up—but that was a very small inconvenience. The service itself was fast, efficient, and professional. I didn’t even have to leave my car! Kevin was fantastic—he worked quickly, was knowledgeable and informative, and was also very personable. It’s always nice when someone takes the time to explain things without making you feel rushed. We just moved to the area, and I already know this will be the place I go for my oil changes and possibly other car needs in the future. Highly recommend!
