Arrived to pick up my rental car on a busy Monday morning and was shocked to see only two agents working. I allowed myself an hour to get in and out, which still wasn’t enough due to the long wait. I had appointments to get to and ultimately had to leave without my rental. Very frustrating experience and poor staffing for peak hours.

I want to express my gratitude to Nathan for all of his help and support during a very difficult experience I am going through. We first rented a car in December from Enterprise with our first collision, where my car was totaled. The rental was great, and the service was great. When the second collision occurred two weeks later and totaled my brand new car... I was back. I told Nathan my experiences with the two collisions and he recognized my concerns without my having to say a word. He got us into an SUV so we would feel safer and worked with us on finances. He also tried to find us a car like ours so we'd feel more comfortable driving. I got full insurance because I wasn't sure if we had our own coverage with my car being demolished. A few days later, I found out that I did have coverage, but also realized I have PTSD and was too afraid to drive. He worked with me to adjust the insurance, and get a new contract. Extending the lease was easy, and there was no stress with the vehicle. When it was time to bring the car back, he worked with me since I still have severe PTSD and driving fears. He helped relieve a lot of stress, was compassionate, understanding, quick to respond to communications, and was a real problem solver. I cannot thank him enough. He really went above and beyond to help in what has been a very stressful month for us. Sometimes, it's more than just a rental transaction. Nathan is really in step with providing outstanding customer service.
