I had an excellent experience thanks to two exceptional employees, and I want to highlight their outstanding service.
One young man helped me during pickup, and a different one assisted at drop-off. Both were extremely kind, patient, and explained everything perfectly. The online system was finicky and tried to charge extra for an extension, but the first employee I spoke with helped me resolve it and ensured I was charged the correct price.
What stood out even more was their professionalism under pressure. There were two upset customers ahead of me, being rude about issues outside the employee’s control. Despite this, the young man assisting me kept a smile on his face and didn’t let the previous interactions affect the quality of help he provided.
These employees are a true asset to the company. Without their excellent service, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I sincerely hope they are recognized, receive raises, good healthcare benefits, and opportunities for promotion. They deserve every bit of monetary and career advancement available. Please compensate and support your hardworking staff—they’re special and represent your business wonderfully.
I picked up the Kia Soul on December 29th, 2025 and dropped it off January 7th, 2026. I don’t remember their names but please see who the two young men were to make sure they get the recognition they deserve.

In all honesty, my experience the first time here a year ago wasn’t pleasant the first 30 min of arrival. However, considering I needed a car last min I figured it’s partially my fault for not renting online or day before. After being in the lot and eventually speaking to Erik the manager, instead of the gentleman who barely wanted to help me at that time. I was able to get pleasant customer service and leave with a car the same day. Ever since I’ve been coming to this specific location instead of el mirage location due to convenience and travel. Both locations are wonderful by the way.
Furthermore, this most recent rental a week ago I had a gentleman named Nathan who helped me and my fiancé get a vehicle. He was very helpful through and through with the process. He made it very clear what protection we should get or how to go about any emergencies in case things were to occur. Furthermore asked us about insurance and what would be best with coverage on the rental agreement before signing and paying. He was very professional and reassured us both on why or what we were paying for before finalizing everything.
Nathan and Erik were both helpful as well when me and my finance decided to extend our agreement. Once I returned the car Nathan even recommended me possibly purchasing a car from the company which was very helpful; knowing I have more options due to me being a longtime customer with enterprise. At busy calling times I would be notified I would be briefly on hold as they checked in or assisted another customer, which wasn’t a long wait. Otherwise, they asked for email or phone to call back in case of disconnection. I would definitely recommend this branch if it’s close to you but mostly because of the great customer service, hospitality, and clarity.

Just to add, I can’t speak on anyone else’s experience but it’s good to know if your having problems getting in touch or trying extend agreements over weekend; the best day to do so is Friday before the weekend because branches are closed. Although some customers may be unhappy about that it’s good to consider that these employees can only do so much, especially if the branches are closed over the weekend as mentioned before. Also, just to be helpful if you drop off a vehicle and don’t have transportation back home, enterprise is willing to provide transportation. I’ve been a loyal customer with the company since I was 25 and my pops worked for the company and multiple branches before retiring; therefore it’s not bluff. Hopefully this information may help someone in the future who is considering renting from enterprise.
I’ve rented the past year and a half from this location and the other duration from the el-mirage and have never had problems from either.
It doesn’t hurt to ask questions and walk with them when inspecting the car before driving off the lot. Taking your own pictures for more protection is also helpful in case of any damages you may not have caused to prevent any false claims on both parties.

I got my rental car and there through my State Farm insurance because my car got stolen I drove up maybe 25 miles I heard a weird noise so I had my daughter recorded so I'm not going to drive this car with this noise and I want to return it and get a new one guess what it's closed that's all I need is for this car to break down when I have clients in my car I'm a caregiver so I need a car that will access wheelchairs so now where do I go to get another car because I need it for the weekend also the front end needs an alignment because the cameras do not line up when you go park the vehicle so I need help

Nathan did a great job with my car rental pick up and drop off. He went above and beyond to exceed customer service. The car I chose was not available however Nathan gave me options from different vehicles. Car chosen was great, roomy for my travel needs. Aside from the vehicle having stains on seats the car was good. Will definitely rent another vehicle from Enterprise. Thank you!
