  I’ve been charged twice two months in a row equivalent to about $60 and gone in person several times to correct the error. After several staff members and management have looked at my account they say they will have to look into it further and will call me but I do not get any follow-up calls. I’ve also attempted to call the phone number provided online and there is only an automated response with no one available to help offer a solution. This is very unfortunate customer service and unacceptable service for their patrons. There are two locations by my house that are very near and convenient for our household errands but I will be removing our family going forward and will make the extra distance to go to a business that cares about their customers and not how to make a buck.

  I have been taking my car there since it was new (4 years). A few minor issues but overall was decent service. Took my car today for a quick wash and my finish is ruined. Scratches everywhere. This was my first time since they redid it. I generally hand was my car but occasionally I go for a quick wah to save time. Thank God I have a ceramic coating. I will need to rebuffed the entire car do to all the micro scratches. I will NEVER go back. If you care about your finish stay away.

  Daniel and the rest of the crew were wonderful. The service is excellent. The vacuums are stronger now and you have 2 options, the round and the thin nozzels, so that is definitely a plus and their towels seem to be of a better quality and there were alot, so also another plus. As to the survey just below the review box, you may want to put the different types of carwash services you offered. 10 of 10. Would recommend. It's the New Year and we had our car washed here again. Still 10/10 would still recommend. Kudos to Brandon this time. Very courteous and prompt with the service. The towels were quickly replaced and restocked and the vacuum's were strong. If you have your car washed at least 3x a month, then the subscription is a great value.
