  WORST CARWASH I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. cracked my windshield and busted one of my taillights. Company then denied my damage claim because my “vehicle is too old”. They also refuse to send me a full copy of the video in order to hide the traumatic experience that happened that day. Was instructed by the employees that my car would fit in their car wash no problem. Not even 10 seconds later my car is being thrown back and forth and nearly lifted off the ground all while trapping me and my wife inside helpless. Also was forced to accelerate out of the car wash to avoid being rear ended by the car behind me because their employees wouldn't stop the wash. Terrible ownership/management combined with negligent employees creates the worst car wash in suprise. Congratulations.

  First time here and my car wasn’t dried off?? I think the censor was malfunctioning, only the back half of my car was dried off, but when I pulled out, my car had more water spots than when I came into the place. Yes I understand I should wipe down a car after a wash, but I’ve never had this many water spots coming out of a wash.

  Leo was very friendly and helpful. Got my truck all squeaky clean! One thing I’m impressed with is the wash did not bend my side mirrors like other washes do. Great job Dash!

  Stopped by Dash Car Wash today and had a fantastic experience. The place is extremely clean, well organized, and you can tell they take pride in the whole operation. Even the towels smelled fresh, which is a small detail but really shows how well they maintain everything. The manager Leo was especially helpful. He walked us through the kiosk, answered our questions, and made the whole process quick and easy. Customer service like that really stands out. If you're looking for a car wash that is friendly, efficient, and well run, this location is definitely worth stopping at. Clean truck, friendly people, and great service — that’s a win in my book. We’ll definitely be back!

  My vehicle received damage by the wheel well. Although the rep was helpful with providing the damage form, nothing came from my complaint. I paid for the ultimate wash, and none of my tires were done at all. There were no refunds offered for the wash, or maybe a couple of free washes for the future to help out. I was told we could go through again, but with the side pannel hanging down exposing the inside, that was not an option I could do. We have since received no calls back about this matter. I submitted photos, a copy of the damage report along with the copy of the complaint to the bank. It is ashame this company decided to ignore our situation. I would recommend anyone using this place to look over their vehicals before they leave. With that said, it would be a good idea to take a picture of the damage report as they do not give you a copy to refer to later. I rarely give 2 stars to any businesses I review. However, this one left me with no choice. Update The company has denied our claim. Tried to say the sensor wasnt working on one side for our vehicle. The other side was working, so what's the excuse. I wasnt gonna post the damage for the other claim, but since they wanna play games..let's do it. They damaged the side of our vehicle..so now what? Fix the problem..cause now, my viewers can see how you do your Veterans. They could have at least offered to refund the wash..the company doesn't want to help. Please don't go there cause if you do and you receive damages..they won't help you.
