Was given an estimate of an hour and a half, and job was done in less than an hour. Team was really respectful And helpful. I’m new to the area and I know I will be returning to the store.

I have referred a lot of customers to them and all my family have their cars with them. Not many places in Phoenix have the quality and experience like Wayne and Albert. I will always have them work on my cars.
- NSNor SsargdonsDec 22, 20255.0Who knew? Brakes plus does alignments on Jeeps, suspension repair and trouble shooting on engine lights. My Jeep Dealership, Larry Miller Surprise said I needed both front and rear suspension issues. Cost est. 1,700+ bucks. Also rear brakes at 800-900 more bucks. Let not forget the warning engine light with a leave it for 4 days and they will look at it. Result! Brakes plus found “nothing” wrong with the front or rear suspension. Yes the rear brakes need replacing at 229 bucks not 800 to 900. Needed an alignment, I knew that 118. And best of all, the engine light I mentioned to staff. In 5 minutes “ no charge” they determined it was an old gas cap issue. Reset the light and I was on my way for $500, not Larry Miller $2,600. Brakes Plus rocks. All the staff were friendly and happy with smiles on their faces. I’m hooked and will return soon. Lil Ronnie in Surprise. 10 Ten Stars.
