I called in, and Mark gave me a coupon without me asking for it and also went above and beyond when a tire rotation turned into finding out I had a nail in one of them. As a woman who knows cars stop and go with the left and right pedal respectively, I very much appreciated the professionalism, hospitality, and kindness from Mark and his crew. I would definitely come here again and would recommend others to as well. 😊

I gave Brakes Plus a call and Mark answered, he listened to my problem and no questions asked took on the work. Not alot of places doing honest business like this anymore. Any issues with your vehicle give them a call and ask for Mark!
- JSJ SDec 20, 20255.0Howard took care of me. 3 hrs in an out for both axles + fluid change, premium pads, about $500. On a Saturday and I was late for my appointment.Several $100s less than dealers estimate for basic pads. Seemed honest, I didn't need new rotors even though front pads were down to 2mm. Got brake masters ad in val pack after I got home, they advertise cheaper, but I had a good experience and am happy.
