  Mark, the store manager at Brakes Plus, is incredibly trustworthy. He took great care of me and replaced my brakes and rotors for a fraction of what the dealership quoted. It’s clear he values honesty and treats customers fairly—he won’t try to upsell or take advantage of you. It’s hard to find that level of integrity in auto repair these days. I highly recommend Mark and his team! 🚗🔧

  I felt confident that the team here is honest and friendly. I made an appointment to get an alignment done after I got new tires. I was told I didn’t need one. I appreciate the honesty. I will come here for my oil changes now instead of the dealer that told me my car needed repairs that it doesn’t. My friend also said she trusts them and they are very honest.

  Took my car in for an alignment. They did an amazing job centered my steering wheel like it looks brand new. I’ll definitely be taking my car back to them for other work.

  We had a great experience at Brakes Plus with our lifted Jeep. Howard was absolutely wonderful to work with. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the work being done. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, which we truly appreciated. They completed an alignment, a brake fluid flush, and replaced both wheel tie rods. The technician, Dustin, did an excellent job. Everything was handled professionally and thoroughly, and our Jeep is driving great now. Highly recommend for honest, quality service and a team that truly cares about their customers!

  David has been wonderful to work with! I’ve been a customer since December 10, 2025. He’s very knowledgeable about my BMW to let me know what was wrong before they even got under the hood. I was provided a Lyft driver to take me home & pick me up when the work was done. David even came into work on his day off. He called me about the part that was ordered and gave me an ETA when my car should be ready. He’s gone above and beyond to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction!
