    The service here is excellent. Erika helped me out and took the extra time to assist me. She displayed a very helpful and professional manner, which was very much appreciated. It's a busy place and all of the staff were quite efficient and helpful.

    Derek is phenomenal! Go to this autozone for your minor car maintenance! He assisted me in finding headlight bulbs for my VERY specific after market headlights. Then even lended me an Allen wrench, so I could change them myself at the store. He warned me to use gloves when touching the bulb, plus checked on me after a few minutes. He’s just a super helpful and friendly person!

    I had a great experience at your store, manager on duty Erica was able to pull up a replacement for a failed battery when I brought in the receipt. thank you for that however mostly I’d like to single out the gentleman who switched out the battery in my 2012 Ford fusion he was professional knowledgeable and kind. His name is Levi thank you Levi. I really appreciated your work that you did replacing my battery you have been well trained and represent your company Very well. thank you Levi and also thank you Erica for assisting in my visit at your store you made a very difficult return very easy after my telephone number didn’t show up in the system thank you Erica for your professionalism and knowledge and making this whole thing work. It was a Duralast battery and I purchased. Job well done to the both of you take a bow

    A couple of nights ago I had to stop here when I realized my windshield wipers were in worse shape than I had thought. Inside I was immediately greeted and when I mention what I needed the lady ( I can’t remember her name) immediately looked up my car type and noted I had odd sizing. She went out with me in the rain to singlehandly pop them out (her other arm was in a sling) find the correct ones I needed and put the new ones I bought right on. I have no skill for these things and was super happy with how she was able to help me.

    Terrible customer service and employees who do not know what they are talking about!!! Almost cost me thousands replacing my alternator when it was simply a bad battery that they didn’t want to warranty out!!! Full story: Came out to a car that wouldn’t start. Had to get emergency roadside to give me a jumpstart. I called autozone and we determined that my Duralast gold battery was still covered for free replacement under warranty. I came to this location because another auto zone location could not warranty my battery because it was out of stock. The woman who helped me at this location put her tester machine on my battery and proceeded to tell me that my battery was testing fine and that it was my alternator that needed replacing (a part which would cost me $550.00 plus labor to replace!!!). She would not switch out my battery. Next morning I came out to another dead car, got emergency roadside out again who tested my battery and alternator and was clearly able to tell me it was a bad battery and my alternator was fine. Went back to another autozone location and they swapped my battery out with no issues. WHY this particular location and this particular woman gave me such incorrect information and caused me to be left stranded AGAIN is beyond me. Glad I didn’t take her word for it and spend thousands replacing my perfectly good alternator for no reason!! Do not trust their testing machines, they suck and the employees clearly don’t care about actually helping people.
