  The new Carshow Ave location does NOT have a dump station or propane. This was a great loss leader and service to the community at the Orangewood location. Now they're just focused on profit, the main theme of the RV industry.

  We live in Tempe and wanted to give this location a shot since the other dealerships closer to us had bad customer service. I will note this location had opened it's doors just a couple months ago so the inside and out look absolutely beautiful. Joe P. welcomed us at the door and took care of us from start to finish. He had great communication skills and would text/call after hours if questions arose. We bought our trailer that day and picked it up at the end of that same week. We would have been fine picking it up later if it meant it would have been walked through more thoroughly. White putty material EVERYWHERE and I mean EVERYWHERE. We are still finding the places they smeared it trying to wipe it off. Small stains on our carpet and couch, and had to even re screw strike plates in order for our doors to even shut. I could go on but long story short our happiness quickly faded especially with no follow up or intent to help remedy the situation.
