  At great experience at Break plus. Mark was very knowledgeable and quickly comprehend my needs. I was not sure if I had a wiring issue. Mark listened to me explain the problem. He took care of my needs and had the problem solved in a matter of minutes. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend there service.

  I wasn't sure about taking my Car for service at Brake Plus. I always take my car to the dealership. But I'll give it a try the brakes plus. I am very impressed with their Service. And they are all nice and professional. Thanks to Mark and David.

  Dave and Mark were amazing to work with. Very helpful. I don't know the mechanics name but was very helpful and knowledgeable when i spoke with him.. over all got my AC repaired and cold for a fair price.

  WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS BUSINESS/LOCATION???? I made a last minute appointment online for 2pm and called them before heading out to ask how much it would be for a full synthetic oil change for my specific truck. They said $69.99 so I drove to this location on Waddell, waited about one hour and a half. The wait wasn’t the issue, the issue was the following: someone came over to me and told me “so, it looks like you have a minor leak on your cooler lines, and it looks a bit wet- so if you want us to fix this- it will be $678 but we can’t to that today”. I said “What? I had the truck go through an inspection check twice before moving from WA state - nothing was wrong with it and we just got here to Arizona”. Also, instead of what I was quoted over the phone for the oil change, they said $69.99 for 5 quarts- full synthetic.. So I thought, well okay, my truck is 8 quarts should not be much more. Then they said, okay all done- your total is $122. They charged me for a filter changed that I never asked for, and some diagnosis charge I never authorized!! I never said I wanted a filter change And they strayed far from the supposed $69.99 for 5 quarts, shouldn’t have been way more for an extra 3 quarts. Just so misleading! As I was leaving, I called Greulich’s and they said, “well.. if your cooler lines needs replaced, we wouldn’t charge you $678, it would be $620 but why don’t you come by if you can and we can check the truck and give you a Devon opinion for peace of mind”. So I drove to Greulichs, the mechanics got right to it , checked the bottom, checked it all. And the mechanic said “what are they talking about? your truck is fine. No leaking. It was only wet from the oil change they performed but there’s no sign of even minor leaking”. And then I asked at Greulichs , how much do you guys charge for oil changes? They said $70 for full synthetic. And for my truck size. NEVER STEPPING FOOT INTO ANOTHER BRAKES PLUS!! I was literally misled, ripped off and almost robbed of $678!!!! I’m a disabled veteran right now looking for a home to rent, and cannot afford to be SCAMMED LIKE THIS. Is it incompetence or actual crooks working there?? I’m a woman, I’m small and they think I’m stupid. Well you had me fooled with the oil change but I’m glad I listened to my gut and called an honest mechanic shop about this. I will not be recommending Brakes plus to anyone, especially this location. You guys almost put me out at $678!! That I would have had to put on my credit card! So put me into further debt while I just moved here and am trying to pay down my moving debts. YOU SHOULD ALL GO BACK TO MECHANIC SCHOOLING.

  This is the best mechanic I have EVER brought my car too. I have never once had a mechanic loft the car up and show/explain to me what was wrong with it. This mechanic seemed like he not only wanted to help fix my car but also help me learn more about it as well. I also recently went through a terrible terrible loss of my newborn baby boy and unfortunately I broke down and cried in front of this poor mechanic and he was so sweet and comforted me. That as well proves to me they are not only great mechanics but great people. Going forward I wont be taking my car anywhere else except fo them or their recommendations!!!
