  Had the absolute worst experience here today with the manager Brandon Green. I was left waiting for a truck for over 2 hours with absolutely no communication about when it would be here or why it wasn’t here upon arrival, the vehicle was reserved two weeks prior to today and there was more than enough time to communicate any issue with me prior to my arrival or during my visit at the location. After waiting for over 2 hours and calling other locations to get the number to an area manager (Which Brandon refused to give me and would only provide me a corporate 1855 number) I was finally directed to travel to the deer valley location which is almost a 30 minute drive from this location to pick up a truck. I do however want to apologize to area managers Ramon and Spencer for having to personally bother them with this issue and also thank them for the help with getting things figured out and resolved to their capabilities.

  So far sitting in this lobby has been more worst rental car experience ever. The manager was friendly and probably not much he could do. It seems like Enterprise has turned into another corporation that doesn't care at all about your schedule as long as they are making money. 12+ people sitting in their lobby for over an hour past their appointment times. Everyone with places to be. I guess over booking their vehicles is the best way to ensure they all get rented. I literally saw one lady walk out in tears and refused a ride home she was so affected by Enterprises business strategy. Enterprise is hurting people's lives for a profit. I will never use them again after this experience and will tell all of my friends to stay away. :::EDIT::: I received a call from a manager to verify the after hours drop off was succesful and asked if I had any concerns. I bluntly told him what I stated above in the review and he was understanding and compassionate. He compensated me financially for a reasonable amount for the late pickup. I changed my star rating to five stars because I understand all businesses can make major mistakes, like what happened to myself and 12+ other people, but its so rare these days for a business to show understanding and put their money where their mouth is when something goes wrong. Kudos to Enterprise for handling their screw up professionaly and reasonably.

  Thank you Enterprise for picking up the Hertz fumble on the no show no call Hertz employees!! HURTS DIDNT EVEN HAVE A CONTINGENCY PLAN. Thank fully State Farm transfered our reservation to Enterprise and they got us right in and out the door in under 30 minutes after Hurtz left us stranded!!! I will just choose Enterprise next time. Hertz used to be faster than OJ, apparently hurtz is still in jail!

  The rental car place here is too busy and not enough employees here to help get vehicles for customers. Had to wait over an hour to get my car even after making a reservation. Will not go back to this location again!

  Had a pretty bad experience! They gave us a car with low tyre pressure (even after asking them to check it first) and a car that needed an engine oil change (which we then had to do ourselves, wasting a lot of our time!). All of this after being an Emerald Club member -- not sure what it's worth anymore.
