He was professional, kind, knowledgable, and efficient. I was brought to my vehicle by Benjamin, who likewise was a professional. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the gentleman who checked me in upon return, but he too was professional. A very well run location!

Then i mm told i needed to give a $200. 00 deposit. I wish they would of told me that when making the reservation. I give them my card so I thought he ran it. I check my balance to make sure I have enough to do what I needed to do. It appears that I do .so I do the walk around with the agent. I get in the car and he asks for my card again. I tell him that I already gave it to the guy inside. He said Ige needed it to run the deposit. We'll now I dont have enough to do what I needed to do . I really needed to have a car that day. But could not get it. I was very disappointed. I wish they would tell me every and all charges when I made the reservation.
