Then an hour later we get a call saying there is damage even though it was good at check in. They put a claim against us and during the investigation they never called me back or emailed me back. I dont care for the fact they are trying to take advantage of my wife by making false claims against her.Not sure if this is because she quiet and to herself so they though they had an easy scapegoat or just because she a woman. This is very un professional and im sorry they recieved a storm after we turned car in but thats not on us. Update i reached out as they requested hoping they would do right and they never contacted me back. The lies and disrespect continues.
