    I don't like paying for a vehicle for family in town and being charged for adding a driver. There was only one driver, my brother in law. My initial reservation for the week was $250. I appreciate the free vehicle upgrade but with additional cost of insurance and $90 dollar add driver fee ended up being over $600. Not a great experience for me since all I was trying to do was pay for their rental since was a family visit and was trying to make a nice gesture.

    Jaelan had great customer service and was very helpful and professional. The other gentleman who first attended me was also fantastic! I believe he may have been the manager because he sure acted like it and was very knowledgeable and very professional! Great location.

    I'm very disappointed with the way they handle business at this location, when I took a car out (a full size van) conveniently.... they took pictures all around the car except the top of the car and when I brought it back in they pointed that there was a dent on top of the car ( when i asked to see the pictures, there was no pictures from the top of the car 🤨) the intresting part is that I never went anywhere that it could have touched the top of the car... :( ... It's very unfortunate that they work that way. Just disappointed with how they handed this specific situation 😞...

    Budget friendly. Smooth pick up and drop off procedure. Gave us a free upgrade to skip the wait of cleaning a car. Plenty of vehicle options. Vehicle was pristine and newer model. Provided free ride home after drop off. Conviently located.
