My dad took his corvette to get a oil change and the guy there was saying my dad didn’t know what oil his car took and continued to argue with my dad and say he was wrong and didn’t know anything about his car and proceeded to say It took another type of oil after we confirmed through the cars owner manual and Chevy dealership that it took the oil my dad said. The only thing the guy tried to offer was a free oil change. Need less to say I would not trust this shop to do your oil change or any type of service
- LPL PApr 8, 20265.0Fantastic service from a professional, kind team. Both of my vehicles had stuck oil filters. I called this morning and Jacob spoke with David, the shop manager and told me to come in. The oil filters were really stuck on but they persevered and solved the problem. David checked out under the hood even though I did not ask him to perform that service. He greased 11 somethings I cannot recall the term he used. They had my back today. A well-trained, nice group of men. Personal gratitude to David, Jacob, Brad and Tyler.

My experience was frustrating they didn’t vacuum out the truck maybe they don’t do that anymore I don’t know. But they left doors of the truck open while rotating the tires which they didn’t do in the bay so the wind blew elm seeds all over inside my truck what a mess . The worst problem was I asked for a receipt I was told no they would email it to me I said okay had them check my email address and waited checking email they said it might be a little bit so I waited and two days later I am still waiting. A very elderly lady asked for her receipt she was told they would email it to her she said she didn’t have email and he said well get it. They did not get her any kind of receipt very rude.
