They explained everything I needed to operate the device. Thank you Snowflake Tire & Auto and Intoxalock. *update to this review* This is solely directed towards Intoxalock and not Snowflake Tire & Auto. Due to the recent cybersecurity event at Intoxalock I have had fraudulent purchases popping up in my bank account. I called Intoxalock and asked for help to talk to my bank and instead of help, I was aggressively asked repeatedly by the Intoxalock agent for new card info to pay for a crummy piece of plastic that is outdated tech and has almost very nearly gotten me killed several times on the road. The agent did not want to acknowledge the identity theft of my info and wouldn't leave me alone for new card info. Highly dissatisfied and disgusted with Intoxalock. No help at all. Is this how the State of Arizona and Intoxalock is supposed to treat us?
