I have always been skeptical about Jiffy Lube because they don't have a good reputation, but the shop in Snowflake, AZ proved me wrong, at least at this shop. The crew got me in quick and provided an estimate before the work began. They even gave me a free head light cleaning as part of a training, which was really great, because there is no way someone would pay $130 for that, at least not me. Another thing I really appreciated was how they offer coupons on their website. Every little bit helps when it comes to car maintenance cost. The only real reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the high amount of upselling. Other than that, I would recommend this location for quality work and will plan to go back for continued maintenance.
