  I worked with Issis C., and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, accommodated my rental needs, and made sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly for my reservation. She was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Despite the location being very busy and only two staff members in the office, she managed everything with great care and efficiency. If we ever need another rental in the Sierra Vista area, we will definitely choose Enterprise again.

  Picked car up at PHX airport (they were great) and drove to SV. Monica Fornoff was so sweet! She must’ve overheard me talking to my toddlers about how we were heading to our new home here in SV. As a welcome home, she gave us a big discount. I was so touched I could cry, as this was our first interaction with the community here. Moving far from our family, this was such an encouraging and special start to our new life here. Thank you Monica!

  Booked a “Premium” vehicle (Audi A4 / BMW 3 Series or similar) with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and was told at pickup they only had a Chevrolet Malibu or a minivan. That’s not “similar” — that’s a clear downgrade. When I questioned it, I got vague explanations instead of real options (no effort to check nearby locations or offer a proper replacement). It felt like a classic bait-and-switch. I then asked to cancel the reservation. Staff told me it was removed from the system, but I never received a cancellation confirmation. Later, I checked myself and the reservation was still active — meaning I could have been hit with a no-show fee ($100–$135). I had to cancel it manually online. To make matters worse, I asked to speak with corporate and was transferred… only to be hung up on twice. Overall: poor inventory management, poor communication, and zero accountability. If you book a premium vehicle here, be prepared to fight for what you actually reserved — or walk away. I won’t be doing business here again.
