Gets most if not all of the dirt and bug guts off and does a decent job cleaning the undercarriage. The tracking/safety system sometimes doesn't work like it's supposed to as it almost ran me into the vehicle in front of me that didn't drive forward at the end and just sat right where the rollers left it at. Had to hit the brakes so I wouldn't hit the other car and hold my horn til they went. Car behind me almost ended up in my bumper but thankfully the other person moved in time before that could happen. Have it up at 4 stars even with the aforementioned because $40 a month for unlimited car washes on its loaded with everything plan is worth it when essentially living in a desert. Typically run through there 1-3 times a week, sometimes 4 depending on how much dirt is in the wind and what bugs target my windshield.

Car washing a couple times a week isn't unusual. If you wash your car less than once a week, the subscription price may not be worth it. I love it, but may not be to absorb future price hikes.
